Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  No returns accepted on items that have been installed. All returns are subject to a 10-25% restocking fee.  Returns are shipped back paid by the buyer and must be shipped via UPS or FedEx with "original packaging and hardware."  No returns will be accepted until a RMA is issued and no refund will be issued until the product has been received, inspected and approved by us. Absolutely no returns or refunds after 45 days via Paypal, unless it's a product defected which we can warranty once approved by the vendor.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Warranty

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us before sending it back. Customers are responsible for the initial cost of shipping the product to us for inspection and processing. Upon receipt, we will evaluate the item.

  • If the product is found defective under the terms of our warranty, we will send you a replacement item (subject to stock availability) at no cost to you, including shipping back to you.

  • If the product is not found defective, it will be returned to you at your expense, or other arrangements can be made.

Please ensure your return is packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend insuring your package in the event your product is damaged due to carrier mishandling. 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
