Installation Steps
Step 1: Prep & Access the Lower Intercoolers
Safely lift and support the vehicle. Remove the rear wheels, remove the front section of the fender liner to gain access to the bottom intercooler outlet pipes on both sides.

Step 2: Remove Factory Clamps & Hoses
Loosen the factory hose clamps at the lower intercooler pipe end and the turbo/charge pipe end. Carefully twist and pull the OEM rubber hose off the cast aluminum intercooler neck and turbo piping. Clean any residual oil or debris from the aluminum mating surfaces.
Step 3: Position & Install New Silicone Hoses
Match the hoses to the orginal hoses, they are side dependant. Slide the provided T-Bolt clamps loosely onto each end of the new silicone hose. Push the silicone hose fully onto the cast intercooler neck until it seats flush against the bead roll, then slip the opposite end onto the charge pipe. Tip: A small amount of glass cleaner or silicone spray helps slide into place smoothly.
Step 4: Align Clamps & Torque Securely
Position the T-Bolt clamps cleanly over the beaded edges of the cast pipe necks to prevent boost leaks under high pressure. Orient the clamp adjustment bolts so they clear surrounding frame components and heat shielding, then tighten securely. Repeat the process for the opposite side of the vehicle.

Step 5: Reassemble & Test Drive
Reinstall the fender liners and wheels (torque 125ftlb) . Start the engine, check for proper idle, and perform a leak-check test drive under boost to ensure all connections are fully sealed.
